All Right, Who Let the Cold In?

Friday, October 28, 2011

Are we ever really ready for it? Snow. Winter. Freeze. It always feels like a surprise when the cold weather — and all that it brings with it — just blows into town one crisp morning and sets its bags down right outside your window, ready for a loooong stay.

So in the spirit of Friday or end of the month or that they are 57 days(!) left until Christmas, I decided to embrace this first snow dusting. Welcome, Wint — ah, who am I fooling? Hang back, Winter. We’re not ready for you yet!

Wishing you all a Happy Halloween, a wonderful weekend and the courage to meet this certain cold weather with good cheer. See you next week/next month, friends.

Is it melted yet? My MA family had snow this morning as well. None here so far…that’s what you get for moving to New England. :)

It has been a while since I last came by the blog. I can’t believe I was in summer a few moments ago, and in the blink of an eye it is winter already.

We re-located to India in August, and one thing I won’t be missing is the cold, cold winter. Hope you guys had a great Halloween. We had quite a smashing one here in Bangalore, India. Yes! Halloween in India :-) Love to you and your family.
