“I Thought Martin Luther King Fixed This Already.”

This added some sunshine to my morning. Thought I’d share it with you.

Here’s a YouTube vid of youngsters¬†reacting to the ridiculous controversy over the Cheerios commercial that featured an interracial family. There are so many great, smart lines from these kids. Just pure compassion and heart, showing these young minds to be downright sensible and wise. I want to hug or high-five each one of them, but perhaps one of my favorites was the little cutie at the 8:23-mark who says:

“Guys! Do not care what they say. You are YOU. Stand proud for yourself. Be happy for your family. Tell them, I don’t care what you say. Tell them, I am the way I am!”

Love this video. Sarah suggested I check out your blog (finally). Great stuff, great writing!

I have a new project coming up next month that I think you’d be a perfect fit for. Can we chat?
